Binu is about living a healthy lifestyle, through good nutrition, regular physical activity and a strong mindset. These are all aspects of our lives that need practice day in and day out. But what often happens is we get caught up with all the things we have to “do” that we forget, or even are unaware of how to just “be”. So many of us want to “experience” life but there just seems no time to do all that we want to do.

What if there was a way? A way to reduce stress; a way to eat healthy and still enjoy the treats we all enjoy; a way to snap back to a positive mindset when the negativity starts showing up in our head….

I am here to help you along your way. I believe there are practices to bring into our everyday that can help us along. We all are capable of being healthy and aware and creating the best life!

My speciality is creating food balance, achieving daily movement, becoming more aware of our thoughts, and resetting our mindset.

I offer coaching services as well as monthly programs and speaking engagements.
